WASHI, the traditional Japanese paper, is one of the best material to combine with the light.
WASHI is normally known to be used as flat, but the 3D WASHI introduced here is specially processed from raw ingredients such as KOZO and completed as paper of already-spherical seamless surface.
The example shown here is a huge lamp shade of the diameter = 900-1800mm. The 3D spherical surface enables to offer the uniform lighting which creates warm atmosphere to a space.
